Adventures in leftover lunches

fractionMan

Custom Title
In an attempt to (a) spend less money and (b) not eat so many bacon sandwiches, pasties and other assorted health bombs I've decided to *gasp* start making my own lunches again. Now, being the lazy and disorganised being that I am I expect it's going to be whatever's lying about and fits in a tupperware box. This thread is to help me keep up the momentum.

Today's delight is...

Roast dinner risotto with oyster sauce.

And I'm going to give it a pretty decent 8/10

Defeats the purpose a bit, doesn't it? If you cook more so that you then have leftovers.

Roast dinner chines pork stew risotto type thing with oyster sauce, sounds awful :D

well yes, but this is supposed to be an exercise in frugality, if you are just cooking an extra dinner to have the next day then you might as well go greggs.

Nah still cheaper to cook more at a time...same as it's cheaper per portion to cook for more people.

Plus there's the faint chance it will be slightly healthy. My waistline is worryingly expanding.

That said I failed today and had a fry up.
