Best: Loved all the cycling but I think the best for me was seeing Christine Ohuruogu win the Women's 400 metre final:



Worst : Shanaze falling off

Worst is a toss up between Shanaze Reade's crash and the mens 4x100 relay disaster.

Can't choose a best, there have been too many. Off the top of my head, Nicole Cooke, Chris Hoy, Rebecca Adlington, Ben Ainslie are amongst my favourites. Probably loads more too!

WORST: A tie between:

Ludmilla Blonska taking drugs AGAIN. What a ****ing idiot.
The Jamaican womens 4 X 100 team not having the opportunity to smash the world record.

Worst: Ohuruogu winning gold and that Ukrainian heptathlete failing a drugs test.

Best: Cooke winning in the early days; Rebecca Adlington and her effort, and Louis Smith cos the pummell horse is a difficult aparatus
