Wtf? No “enable cookies” in my settings??

So I’ve got the iPad 10th generation and I want to enable cookies.

The options in my settings should look like this





But it actually looks like this







So how do I enable cookies?!

YouTube and google are just telling me to go to privacy and scroll down to the enable cookies option … which isn’t there.

Maybe this will help. Assuming you're using Safari.
GO to settings / Safari / Advanced. Turn off "block all cookies."
