Where are Klopp and van Gaal going?

Lots of teams apparently looking for new managers, and Klopp and van Gaal seem to be at the top of everyone's lists. But where will they go?

On Van Gaal, he already said he's going to the PL or calling it a day. I'm not seeing him going to Spurs - the team is not on the same level as the other title contenders, and with Levy, it will always be on the cusp of something, but will either undermine the coach or sell the best players before it evolves, so I'm not sure if another "project" is worth delaying retirement. If Moyes gets the boot, however...

I can't see any mention of Man City in the poll? Given their squad and wage bill I would that the owners will not be happy with the League Cup and a 2nd/3rd place league finish.

There have not been persistent rumours about either of these scenarios, and thus they don't make the poll
