That or some tractor type arrangement. Very weird as the display in a little marquee was just plonked in front of the little football stadium .

They're nice blue flowers, I wonder what they are? Never seen ones like that before. The leaves remind me of Agapanthus, and the blue colour, but the flowers are quite different.

I wondered what they were too! I can't remember seeing anything with flowers like that before.
