I was much further south. Puerto Natales, Punta Arenas, Tierra del Fuego. I think it’s all stunning. The plane from Santiago to Punta Arenas has to be one of the most beautiful air journeys there is.

You're right about the flights. Balmaceda is the nearest airport...I'm hoping I'm going to be able to get to see some of the sights when the job is finished...the only problem is after 7 weeks I'm just going to want to get home.
