Ledaig. It's a light, peaty single malt which I haven't seen anywhere except Morrisons. It's ~£19 (always is) and I reckon is a bit of a bargain at that. It's really the only whisky I buy these days - for reasons of price and flavour.

Had a couple of bottles of the Alska Swedish cider from Aldi this afternoon and now a couple of glasses of an Australian Shiraz with my beef casserole.

No drink no glass today, but it's usually cider or sometimes brandy, but then again, I put the brandy straight in my coffee. Sometimes I drink cider straight out the bottle, but prefer a glass cos its a 2l bottle and a bit big to handle.

I do that a fair amount - if the glasses are all in the dishwasher a mug will do. Makes no difference.

It is - I always thought tonic was tonic, but it's really very nice. I just need to try it with all my gins to make sure.
