Not planned anything for tonight... might get the boy to take some steak out the freezer.

Last night was chicken and cashew nuts and carrot cake for pud
Tonight is something with leftover sirloin steak (about a bloody kilo of it ). I got some nasi goreng paste for fried rice so I might do some kind of stir fry thingy.

why are people freaking over cauliflower cheese and steak? sounds like a great combo

Agree with that too. Cauliflower cheese is lacking as a main course for me, but it's a bloody fine accompaniment. Cold roast meat and mac/cauli cheese is a fine combi in particular.

Tonight it's a noodle soup of some kind, with plenty of chilli and coriander. Something to blow out the Monday cobwebs.
