What's for tea tonight? (#8)

I think tonight, a piece of salmon (chicken or maybe steak for the boy) baked a foil parcel with some white wine, a dribble of oil and some herbs.
Served with part mashed new potatoes, asparagus and broccoli :)

I have been eating like a really unhealthy pig recently and need some healthy stuff :)

This is my favourite way to do chicken and fish. On Sunday I bashed out chicken breasts and filled them with spinach and feta then foil parcel.....

Oh its amazing with boiled or poached eggs.
Not quite so good with fried though.
I'm quite a purist when it comes to eggs though, salt and pepper :hmm:

Just grabbed a bottle of joy

Diddly - if you like salt on eggs you couldn't fail to like marmite and eggs!

For us tonight has in store: hickory smoked sausages with caulicheese and something green, courgette or peas maybe?

Through facebook? I don't understand.

I'm being cooked for again :WIN: and it'll be lasagne but with strips of steak not mince.

It was actually pork in parcels with spinach, garlic, mushrooms, tarragon, oil and a little White wine.
Served with as said.
By Jove it was yummy

Fighting off the vampires, moose?!

I just made a lemon Victoria sponge and will devour a slice for second pudding when the Boy gets back from the pub via a shop that sells lemon curd :D
