Can't believe this, but Vinnie Paul, the drummer from Pantera has apparently died. Only 54 - Pantera drummer and co-founder Vinnie Paul dies at 54
He was a HUGE influence on my drumming as a teenager, and is still one of my favourite drummers of all time. Am utterly gutted I never got to meet him, always wanted to. Only saw him play once, with Pantera at Ozzfest '98.
