Universal Credit - Weird Payment Amount?

Eldest is claiming this currently but not getting the rate it says on the UC website?
Can't see anything listed that would reduce the amount paid and certainly not by this much, 22, only outgoing expenses are a £10 phone contract. No outstanding anything, no advance (which wouldn't drop it this low anyway) then the rest simply could not be applicable.

Universal Credit site says
If you’re single and under 25 £311.68

He seems to be getting £241, which I can't see how you can get to that amount. Have told him to ring them etc but just baffled where this weird number could come from.

Did they have an advance? They will be paying this back if so.

If you log in to their UC account there’s one of the tabs at the top which you click on. It shows their payment and all the deductions, premiums etc etc. Have a look at that and you should find your answers.

Complete mix up, he was for some reason telling me the figure after expenses, which were not what I thought. Plus that rate is from this year and he won't get it til next month. So he was getting the right amount the entire time, that was a huge waste of time lol.
