What a dip shit! Most of the eateries/shops on City Road are Pakistani, North African and Middle Eastern, I haven't seen much evidence of Eastern Europeans there. It is a densely populated area, not least with lots of students from the nearby University of Wales. Rubbish collection is often shite, so what any of this has to do with any one ethnicity beats me. City Rd has been a bit grotty since I was a kid living just off in the mid-60's, the man is full of shite.
