Ukip said that the decision to open a campaign shop in Penarth comes after their recent victory in the Rochester and Strood by-election, where Conservative defector Mark Reckless was voted in.

The shop at 15 Glebe Street will open at 11am on Saturday, November 29.

The shop will stock leaflets as well as Ukip memorabilia such as mugs and umbrellas. It will also be staffed by party members.

Ukip are also planning a day of leafleting in Penarth town centre following the shop opening.

Whats really funny is that its opened next door to a bunch of Chinese immigrants. Unless its changed hands since i was last there.
