Transgender Day of Visibility - Tonight at Champion Hill

Flitting in & out like Tinkerbell on Meth
After the resounding success of last season’s groundbreaking match between Dulwich Hamlet Women and TRUK United, tonight sees history made again as two matches take place with a repeat of that historic match followed by a game a team of Dulwich fans and a team made up of trans men. Last season the crowd was over 400 and this time we hope it’s going to even better. Big thanks to editor for this article on Buzz Dulwich Hamlet celebrate International Transgender Day with two evening matches tonight, Fri 31st March 2023

Not heard anything. With no men’s game tomorrow I’d say a very good chance of the game going ahead. Hopefully the club will confirm things soon as there are players travelling from all over the country to play in this game.

Soft was putting it mildly! Decent game too. 500/600 the crowd, not 100% certain as heard a number of different figures. Big thanks to DHFC (W) for fielding a really strong team with a number of first teamers, Ceylon, Mia, Hannah, Saskia in goal among them. On a personal note very pleased we didn’t concede a goal during my time on the field especially playing left back/centre half rather than GK.
