Just came in here to say: fuck them! on the basis of the thread title.

But having read the OP yes I’m having to make an actual effort to stay calm, breathe and so on sometimes, when I read/hear the news about what’s going on or worse those twats fucking lying and evading and twisting the truth on the radio or whatever. High blood pressure me you see, not good for me.

But fuck them.
