Horrible game but I'll take that. Ellis Genge needs his own chat show , top interview!
Yeah, but the boiling aggression sitting under his responses wasn't in the least bit pretty. Funny though it was I found it quite uncomfortable viewing, TBH.

A few positives from yesterday, Conway and L’amour in the backs, together with Sexton and Stockdale look to have a real cutting edge, let’s hope we can see their attacking instincts rather than the straightjackets of old.
Van der Flier and Stander good, and I thought Herring has done well since he came in.

Well you need that to play at that level I guess and expecting him to turn it off 10 mins after the match maybe a bit too much for him. Maybe he was upset at missing out on the drug tests?

Don't agree at all. There are plenty of top level props, Adam Jones, for example, who have never seen the need to act the smouldering hard man.

Genge just came across as a slightly unhinged, nasty cunt

Maybe Italy are better than we thinking

putting on a good fightback against what appeared to be the Blues on cruise to victory

No, their scrum half is pretty poor. He’s costing them tens of meters. Dupont on the other hand is the best scrum half in Europe right now.

Italy have still had a far better game than last week, the pack have a great day carrying the ball all game

and france falling into bad habits getting bored and giving away penalties

I'd like to see the look on their faces when they are in the Tuesday morning review session with Shaun Edwards kneecapping motherfuckers
Could go the other way, with Edwards walking away, shaking his head, bemused that all though they took on his advice they just ignored it. France have broken good men, they could break great men too.

Going to the game with Grandma Death this afternoon, so a day of abstemious sobriety is inevitable.

Hard to call the outcome. Wales' weaknesses are clear to see but France's record on the road, both for club and country over the last decade has been woeful and they're definitely still vulnerable, especially in the final quarter. It might be that they turn that round today but a baying Millennium Stadium is a tricky place to buck trends. Going to call a narrow Wales win, which almost inevitably means the opposite.

still pondering why Finn has taken his ball and gone home

arguing with the coach so hurting the national side is a little childish

They both certainly know how to sulk!
I reckon we'll have to wait for the autobiogrophies for the full story :D
