Other people's sculptures combined with some bunk beds so we can play at hiding from some unspecified sci-fi doom. The books on the beds and the films on the screen make you want to read a book or watch a film. Anything rather than this nonsense.

Bourgeois spider, along with her other sculptures are great, no one's denying that (altho the crack in the floor, while technically impressive, was artistically a very forced and unsubtle piece - the artist's claim that it was representative of the racial divide between whites and the rest of the world...now I don't mind conceptual art, but this was just pants...)...but this is just a remix project...

you could start off with small toy soldiers at one end to bigger and bigger toys and larger space ships and then find a point in the room where it looks like you are playing with perspective.

you should do it, fuck it be a space artist or something, i certainly would pay good money to see something like that....especially if you got issued a helmet and space gun
