Telephone tutorial

I have a telephone tutorial with my OU tutor tomorrow night, the 2nd one, and I haven't a clue what to say. I have been going through the book, lazily, and have been looking at the 'coursework' but am not sure if I am doing i right.

Is coursework the activities in the book, or is it the essays/TMA's?

Both. The one (coursework) leads to you being able to do the other (TMAs).

If in doubt about how you're doing or what you're supposed to be doing, ask your tutor.

It's their job to clarify what needs to be done (if you ask him/her) and it's their job to help you to get the most out of your course (as long as you put in the work at your end).

The most important thing my OU tutor told me (apart from her address so I could pop my TMA's through her letter box at the last possible moment ) was that "there are no stupid questions- just matters that can be cleared up by asking".

Seriously, if there is anything unclear about your coursework or assignments just ask your tutor to talk you through it. The point is to teach you the material, not get bogged down in other details.
