Both so wrong. Tea should only be made with your selected blend of fresh tea leaves, how difficult can it be.

Locally sourced of course ( air miles, supporting local business's and all that). Blanc Royal Scottish Highland's white tea from Scotland I think the 78E is for 50 grams?

BTW, I feel that there are generations growing up who think that tea comes in tea bags and have little or no idea of it's true source.

Lapsang souchong (smokey tea), jasmine green tea, and any of the Yogi range or similar, chai kind of teas mixed with ingredients like fennel, cardomon, and cinammon.
 
No love in this thread for fennel tea? ISO standard character-building british spoon-standing-up tea for me in the day, fennel tea for my nightly alter ego.
