St Gallen, Switzerland. Two Figures at a Balcony

[Bus Honeygun]

This is doing my head in. Took this photo from a train paused at St Gallen station a few years ago. Saw the two blokes and it was only after a few seconds staring at them that I realised they weren't moving. Googled it at the time and found out a bit more about them. Just tried to remind myself and now can't find anything. Anyone know what it's about?

I seem to recall it was based around the artist and a friend, and they may well be deceased now, so not far from the truth.

They are somewhere between amusing and unsettling.
