Spanish tier 3 play-off query

My team UCAM, the johnny-newcomers of Murcia, have seen off established local rivals Real Murcia, and come top of their Covid-season group of ten. Normally, they are in a 20-team division, the snappily-titled Segunda B Group 4, a regional division (like the old Third Division South). Now they are entering what seems to be a labyrinth of play-offs.

Question: can anyone explain to me, or send me a link (in English or Spanish) about what happens next?

I think they're now at this point of the process...

The clubs that are classified in the top 3 places of the ten subgroups (which I think is what your club have done), qualify for the phase to be promoted to Second Division or LaLiga SmartBank. This will comprise a total of 30 teams divided into 5 groups of 6 teams.

The top 3 clubs in each group, in addition to the 4th with the best coefficient , will participate in a Play Off for Promotion to Second Division or LaLiga SmartBank. The rest of the teams will enter the new RFEF First Division (or Second B Pro) for next season.

The final phase is a standard play-off tournament with those top 16 teams participating in one off matches to decide who gets promoted to the second tier of Spanish football.
