I was going to start a thread for general hifi as I thought the audiophile thread inappropriate and a thread of its own too indulgent but realised people don’t tend to have hifi as it was and wireless speakers have threads of their own.

Aaaaaaanyway…

My dad found one at a boot fair in the 90s for pennies and fixed it and sold it for about £40. That was before any real interest in them, sadly.

I bought my minidisc player just before they came out and was a bit gutted. Still got it somewhere.
