Soap making

Does anyone make soap? I've tried it twice and I'm having problems. I'm using this Recipe Soap Natural recipe and changing nothing except using an electric stick blender. The problem I have is that the soap gets really quite thick although I'm never quite convinced I've really reached trace. When I pour it out it looks fine but when it cools it still has a streak of unset oil in the middle. This has happened both times. Any ideas?

Well I never. The last thing I’d expect it to be is fat. I reckon someone could of persuaded me that soap was mined originally. Like a naturally occurring product.

Yes, the higher grade stuff takes much longer to trace.
