Anyone played the demo yet?, its a remake/update of Sniper Elite, its on all formats, the PC one is very immersive and atmospheric, the locations are very detailed, though i'm not a fan of Rebellions Asura game engine and the bloom is overwhelming and some poor textures. The sniping is 'authentic' with you needing breathing strategies, alllow for winds, etc, its also pretty gruesome with something called X-Ray Kills where the effects of the bullet are shown in graphic detail and on the fly, personally i would like it to be used sparingly. While the AI is variable, you can still be ambushed if you stay in a building too long and once or twice it suprised me. However, there is lot a tension on the officiaal boards as many say it has gone to much Call of Duty, etc..
I am definitely considering getting it, for the historic locations as anything else, I have played it more than most demos I download, the day one free DLC has a mission to kill Hitler as well...
