Setting up VOIP with voicemail

Hi
The company I work for wants to set up VOIP with a virtual phone number (from a different geographincal area) and voicemail.
We want:
- To be able to make the occasional phone call to anywhere in the world using a computer with headset
- To be able to receive calls straight to the voicemail
- we only want one line

We don't want any call forwarding
We don't want to use a actual handset
It's for a very low number of incoming and outgoing calls

The only one I've found doesn't have a voice mail facility
Any ideas on where to look as I'm struggling to find anything.
