Series you would love to see repeated

RubyBlue

faded and jaded
Why is only shit repeated  What would you love to see again? I would like to see North and South, Within these Wall, Roots, Widows 2, Bella Mafia, saying that folk prob think these are all shite :)

Tutti Frutti.

I have Roots on DVD. But for some reason, the BBC have never got round to putting Tutti Frutti on DVD.

A Bouquet of Barbed Wire. Only because I wasn't allowed to watch it as a child and I'd like to know what all the fuss was about. It's probably tame as fuck.

Knights Of God
Jossy's Giants
The Wolvis Family
Video Diaries (the first, pre-Video Nation series)
The Big E
Disinformation
The Sullivans
Vids
The Beat
Passengers (not the Caitlin Moran/Johnny Vaughn one, the documentary one that preceded it)
Moviedrome

Oz

I love shows set in prisons and this one has bum sex and willy's in the shower. Even though I despise cock when in a prison setting I accept it as unavoidable.

  • Harry was quite a nice little drama about a shabby freelance hack (Michael Elphick) and an early appearance by the bumbling minister from In The Loop, wouldn't mind seeing that again.
  • The Paradise Club - probably a guilty pleasure - East End gangster Leslie Grantham and his ex-priest brother Don Henderson - but I wouldn't mind seeing the second series again (caught the first last year on a torrent)
  • Attachments - again, got S1 on a torrent, but couldn't find S2, and am all on tenterhooks looking for satisfaction.

I'm not sure where the comma needs to be, you could be meaning two different things. :D

Is that the one with Midnight Caller in it? :hmm:

yeh that guy, and the little boy Caleb, I wonder what happened to him?!

American Gothic was , but I never saw that many of them.

I saw the first series, then I think they did what they did with Oz and put it on about 4am.

Tutti Frutti.

I remember Tutti Frutti as being fantastic, mainly for Robbie Coltrane and Richard Wilson. Just looked it up and apparently there was/is an issue over payments to Little Richard, which is a real same.

There was another series (can't remember the name) around then set in a nightclub where Frank Bruno made a guest appearance? Would help if I could remember the name.

TBH, until I went to China, and until the advent of DVDs and torrents, I never really followed any TV series that closely at all. It'd be like, oh, look, the Simpsons is on, but I never had any sense of what series was what or anything. The only possible exception was red dwarf...
