Help screenshot error apple question

I got an iPad and forgot my password so had to enter my Apple ID and phone number in I forgot.Apple.com. I got email today and it said I canReset my password in 13 days.
I went back into I forgot.apple.com to enter additional information by putting my Apple ID and phone number Again and it said your request could not be completed because of an error. Screenshot with email crossed out.can anyone tell me if logging into forgot.apple.com twice has messed up account recovery Thank you

Thanks, I spoke to apple, it's just my MacBook password that is wrong, they said it's a problem at their end. I have to wait 12 days before I can reset it, dunno how I will be notified as I've heard horror stories on Apple forum of people still being locked out after the wait time.
