Save Lambeth Park Rangers

Park Rangers: Lambeth is proposing to cut the park ranger service completely.

The Rangers in Lambeth are fantastic and have helped the local community a lot - organising events and getting things done.

They have one of the best community park services in London and it would be a shame to lose them.

The Rangers have helped many people in the Lambeth community with their services including helping many local community groups / charities with a wide range of issues beyond just the parks.

If they scrap park rangers who will be in charge of locking / unlocking park gates at night? Who will keep the parks clean, mend benches and signs, manage plants/trees and look after the various facilities? Are there other council employees who do these jobs?
