Roupell Park arrests

No mention from anybody, unless I've missed it, of the five arrests on Roupell Park Housing Estate, top of Brixton Hill, on suspicion of fraud. It's been all over the local press:

Maybe everybody on this forum has been scared off from commenting on a police investigation involving Lambeth Council or everyone's afraid of a tongue lashing from Eric Jarvis who will predictably claim it's all a Liberal Democrat conspiracy.

I hadn't heard about it before you posted, but surely if they are committing fraud then their arrests can only be a positive thing for everyone else, particularly taxpayers?
