I recommend Le Procope restaurant. It's the oldest restaurant in Paris and has a lot of charm. The Set menus are decently priced.

Les Racines is one of the best restaurants in Paris and super-cheap too - a must. Go for the beef.

Eating there is an experience, true Parisian culture!
