Anyone else a fan of New Zealand band The Chills from back in the 80's/90's (but still going strong) might be sad to learn of the passing of Martin Phillips, for me one of the best lyricists/song writers of our generation. Rest In Peace Martin.

Yes, I loved The Chills in early 90's (Brave World/Submarine Bells). I saw them live a few yeards ago in London and felt that time had been kind to them or their sound.

Very sad to hear of the death of Martin Phillips though. He was very young and it sounds like he'd fought a long battle with his health. RIP Martin.
