Public transport disruption for the coronation

nogojones

spelling is overrated
It looks like I'm going to be hitting Paddington on Saturday afternoon, heading towards Camberwell.

Will Ol' Sausage Fingers fuck with my plans?

Tubes and trains are going to be running (including the night tube service) so that people can get to the festivities, they are making sure people can get there to wave flags vomits , but it is likely to be rammed
There are going to be major road closures in central London on the day so bus routes that go through the centre are going to be disrupted or on diversion - worth checking which you'll need to use and having a look at the tfl website which has a page of all the transport diversions.

south london press has more on road closures here

a few underground stations round westminster may close either planned or short term if the crowds get too big

detail isn't out for buses, but would imagine some routes from south london will only run as far north as places like lambeth north / elephant and so on.

how were you planning to get to camberwell? would have thought bakerloo line to elephant then bus will work

depending on what time you do it, circle line to victoria then train to denmark hill might be crowded at victoria. circle line or lizard line to farringdon then thameslink to denmark hill might be easier.
