PSN Store Download Size Question

When I look up a game on the store it says one size.

When I go to the checkout, somehow the listed size is now double?

Which is correct?

I'm asking this because my internet isn't the fastest and so I don't want to buy a 30gb game and then have to download 70gb for example. I want to make an informed choice.

On other devices the size of the file and the amount of storage you need to download, and install aren't always the same...
