Help PS4 keeps turning off...

So I turn on the console all good. When the game commences it turns off with a flashing blue light.
The advice from google is all over the place.

Hit it with your knee. Turn it on its side. Hoover it. No engineers any more.

Turn it off by holding the the power button on the front for at least 7 seconds, connect controller with cable then press the ps button on the controller after a minute or so. Should work.

Remove and check the disk for smudges, wipe it gently from inside to the outer rim if it has any. check for updates as above. Try other games to see if RDR is the problem. Is it a PS Pro?

Google advice seems to indicate it’s more a problem with the TV.

Change the hdmi port. Try a different hdmi cable. Check for firmware updates for the tv.
