Pizza

Basil on afterwards.
Luckily the oven on this cooker gets fucking ridiculously hot so it doesn't take long to cook and the basil doesn't dry up. Same as when I do it on the BBQ. Last cooker I had was nowhere near as hot and sometimes took 12-15 mins to do so I never cooked the basil on the pizza.
 
Do you bbq on a stone a tray?

Used to have a stone but now just use a big metal tray. I rake the coals up so it's fierce hot, place some bricks around them to direct the heat up, put the pizza on the tray and then on the rack and then I cover it with a big fuck off baking tray type thing that actually does the job of the oven. Really need to get a new one now as it's seen better days.
 
Only two pizzas worth bothering with. Margherita and american hot/pepperoni and jalapenos. Chicken on pizza is fucking rank, barbeque sauce is for bellends
