Phoenix Nights

As usual I'm always years late in getting around to watching things on TV.
I've never seen Phoenix Nights but now I want to watch both series and I can't seem to find it anywhere. Does anyone have a clue how I can find it to watch, I don't especially want to pay for it but will if I have to.
Also, I'm not tech savvy so easy to find is better
