Osama bin Laden killed by US forces in Pakistan

jeff, if you stand in front of your mirror and say 'mr. lustbather' three times, then he will appear.

And stick his hookhand up your jaxie.

You speak like someone who wasn't around in the 1980's. Thatcher may not have massacred loads of miners with an AK-47 but her policies affected the physical and mental health of all those communities. People died because of Thatcher.

She's not a "non-entity" and as I said in an earlier post, she still has influence.

Typical urban, a fucking evil cunt is disposed of & it boils down to how Thatcher etc is more evil than said dead cunt.:D

I was around (Ireland) in the 80s and am well aware of what your woman did to your country and mine.

That's the evil of politics, sure.

But I doubt she ever inspired the tory cabinet to fly a plane into a building...

I think the practical hygenic argument for an unmarked grave can apply in both cases without anyone having to make an argument for moral equivalance.

Do fuck off.

Your all mad. US/Pakistan relations is about to go down the toilet. Billions of dollars in aid are under threat. A conflict is brewing between the US and a nuclear armed unstable state. Pakistan has been exposed as harboring senior members of Al Qaeda. A fundamental strategic alliance is in danger of falling apart and you want to talk about........Thatcher?

Bin Laden's grave would have attracted a legion of nutters and would be jihadists - the man is revered by the terrorist nutjobs out there - he was the AQ figurehead for fuck' sake.

The only weepy madness is you crying over your half empty glass, as per usual.

Did you actually read the post of mine you were supposed to be replying to - or did you just invent the opportunity to drone on about thatcher in a juvenile provocative way - again. I suggested, entirely in line with just about every other serious commentator that Bin Laden was politically and socially isolated from the mass of Muslim people and sentiment - and this was demonstrated by the lack of interest in the story in Egypt.

This means that there would not be masses of Muslims flocking to his grave turning it into a shrine - the only people who'd go near would be the handful of would be jihadis too thick to stay well clear - and so that it might even have been useful for monitoring these types. I didn't mention thatcher.

Once more, if you've something to say about my post then let's have it - if not then please take those gardens shears away from my chest.

Get help, rory.

Shut up Idris. The fucker offered me out and called me a c**t !!
You can't do that just cos someone posts gibberish. I'll kill the stupid bastard if he does it again.
He can stick his fake indignation right up his arse !

What they did with the Nazis executed at Nuremburg was

1. to have them cremated,

2. then after that drive around the German countryside at night

3. then find some random secluded spot with a drain.

4. Then pour the ashes down that.

This a) avoids relic hunters scrabbling for bits of bone in the future and b) denies them a burial place, to remove the risk of that burial place/the dead nazi becoming revered/dug up by nazi-worshipping loons in the future.

Just krtek a houby on that one.

Didn't Rudolf Hess's grave become a shrine, or am I mis-remembering that one?

The town he was buried in, Wunsiedel, became the venue for annual memorial services attended by thousands of neo-nazi's. The meetings were variously banned and unbanned by the German government, and have been banned again since about 2005.

I never said anything about masses of muslims flocking to his grave. There's a difference between jihadists and muslims, surprised you missed that.

You dismissed the idea of a shrine/beacon/magnet to ne'er do wells very easily. How ridiculous, I thought, which is why I made the Thatcher baiting comments.

I never mentioned you saying anything at all - never mind anything about muslims flocking to his grave. Jesus christ. What misplaced arrogance. Just fuck off eh, really not interested in you or your teenage-breakdown shit. Well done on (partially so far) fucking another thread.

Threat to US-Pakistan relations threat may be overhyped at the moment, hard to be sure. It was already in a bit of trouble, although I note that the Pakistani authorities quietly released that CIA bloke some weeks back.

Certainly in the early years after 9/11 it was very noticeable that when it came to discussion in the USA about of the role of other nations and the 9/11 attacks, Pakistan was made invisible and attention was directed towards Saudi Arabia instead. I assume this was partly because of the sensitive relationship between US and Pakistan, and also the troublesome period in history where OBL & pals were on 'our side'. I note that this stuff was handled in a blatantly iffy way on the BBC news last night, where the John Simpson-narrated obituary skipped conveniently from 'Osama found a cause to fight for' straight to his anti-western terrorism in the late 90's.

I am replying to one of your endless, tedious, mind numblingy predictable drunken rages at random posters for the sake of it.

I suggest a strong cup of coffee and take the lid off, this time. The ruination of threads is a speciality of yours, with your pompous, vein bursting indignation at being challenged. Get over it.

Misplaced arrogance, indeed. Cock.
