Ortlieb seat post bag problem

Have packed and tried to set this up for the first time. I've followed a YT set up and the instructions but it feels very loose and insecure, the seat post straps coming loose and the bag slipping off to the side. It's an 11l, with about 3 kilos of clothes.

Any advice?

You should be able to yank the seat post velcro straps miles tighter than that.

I pull the seatpost straps as much as poss, but the bag immediately wobbles and loosens them. All the work is being done by the seat straps.

Looks like a design flaw to me (unless you've completely cocked up the installation!)

Ahhhhhg hang onnnnn... I think I have to loop the post straps through the buckle again.

I see what you're doing wrong. The straps should go like this (with the seat post where my fingers are).
