OM lenses on a Panasonic micro 4/3

My friend is asking me, but I genuinely don't know what to tell him. He's got a converter for his micro 4/3 Panasonic to put OM lenses. But wants to know if it will all work ok, I.e he won't just get sections of the image he thinks he's taking, there won't be massive vignetting in the corners etc.

Anyone got experience of doing stuff like this? I've got a full gram dslr and have never played about with 4/3 stuff or even read up on it

Should work just fine, although the focal length doubles (i.e. 1 50mm OM lens becomes a 100mm lens on the Lumix) - oh, and the lens only works in manual.

You need to turn on "shoot without lens" in the options on a Lumix, because it doesn't recognise that anything is plugged in.
