If you haven't though, go and watch it all on a big screen, it's good fun. I went to Potter's Fields last night for the 100m, big crowd from all nations, great atmosphere, especially from the Jamaicans not surprisingly. There is a bar and food stalls, and you can watch Tower Bridge get lit up and look pretty and open and close for tall ships.

none so far - apart from a day pass to Excel for the paralympics on the 29th, I've a feeling that the paralympics will be massive as people will want to continue with the Olympic thing

I have tickets for the paralympics, 3rd and 7th September. I was at Tower Bridge for LAM yesterday and the crowds were amazing.. Potter's Field was rammed!
