Croydon.I can't believe they've taken so long to declare, it's bonkers.
Mind you, there's still one more council left to declare in England.
The ERO booked a school hall for the count that had to be used for exams part way through the Mayoral count...so that wasn't called until this morning. I believe they were due to start (!) the ward counts this afternoon.

Worse still, a Labour authority; A LABOUR AUTHORITY threw the best part of £10k to Trinity school (private) for the use of the hall that they couldn't use when the exams were taking place on Friday afternoon; hence the 5.30pm kick-off for the count the next day. ERO not up to the job.Croydon.

It seems like a fairly good result to me so far, those freaks in the DUP are no longer the largest party, and the Alliance Party has had an incredible result, which is a big wake up call to the wingnuts on both sides of the divide.

Only 8 Labour net gains in England, outside of London, is shocking, considering they had 10 net gains in West Sussex - Adur 2, Crawley 2, Worthing 6 - those being the only 3 out of 7 lower tier councils holding elections this year.
