I know some people in the campaign post here so i'm glad to be the bearer of tremendous Christmas news.
Plaid MEP Jill Evans took some of the LNG pipeline protestors to the European Parliament. The protestors believe that the pipeline breaches a number of EU directives and were able to petition the European Parliament's Petitions Committee.
The Committee ruled in their favour, and the EU Commission will now launch a full investigation into the LNG pipeline. Good news!
