Help Libre Office , moving images around problem

trying to sort my images into colour pages and B&W pages as i now have a laserjet printer that only prints black.
Most of them move around ok, but on one page the images go anywhere but you want them to. Is this some kind of format problem? Note that its a 10 page document and i only get this on one page

If it's as crap as Word at doing this sort of thing with images, try creating a table and put one image in each cell.

there is a lot of anchors coming up, i only want to be able to drag images to the right position , is there a way to de-anchor it, its only happening on one page in the whole document

would be far too time consuming cos i have 100s of images to edit

i tried that and its still doing it, but oddly enough it appears to always be the bottom of the document

yes I was saying it confidently but I find them difficult, too. I usually end up pushing the image up or down, releasing it and hoping. Surprising that Anchor to page doesn't work though. Have you tried anchor to paragraph/to character/as character?
