My estate is currently going through regeneration, I am told I will get a place in the new build. I was in band d but the council have now put me in band A2 saying if I wish to leave and go anywhere else then I can.
My question is how fast does band a2 work? I used to be in band d which felt the back the of the line so I gave up bidding.
I know there are emergencies before me and stuff but having some sort of idea or advice from someone who has been in the same position would be great. I'm also guessing the council would want me out now as if I wait it out they will have to pay me a pay out to leave my current flat into the new one. I have been told by law they have to do this.
