John Hopkins - Insides

Good grief

What a fabulous record. Kinda edging towards Dubstep and ambient with classical piano. No vocals. Am listening to it now and its just setting the fucking mood.

I love it

Its like as if David Arnold had met Thom Yorke.

Maybe

El Jefe - tell me its shit (I will *never* tire of this :) )

Apparently yes, insofar as Coldpay asked him to do the string arrangements or something. But 'Insides' is *beautiful*.

Maybe just the time and place, but its doing it for me. :)

Aye, I don't dislike it, theres certainly a couple of lovely tracks on there, I particularly like "a drifting up" but I think there's better out there this year. Try the Stendeck album, Helios or the Jesses Somfay 2009 albums all of which I'd prefer to Mr Hopkins
