Very sad. She was terrific to watch at her peak, and only the fact she was playing at the same time as Graf prevented her from winning several majors imo

I went to watch the Federation Cup in Nottingham when she was playing. Got a bunch of autographs. Hadn't heard her name for a long time. I loved women's tennis at that point. Very sad news.
