Is America burning? (Black Lives Matter protests, civil unrest and riots 2020)

The Elijah McClain murder has effected me most out of all of the recent horrors.

He seemed such a kind and gentle soul

Yes, I know it's in the vid I posted. SO what? THEY STILL FUCKING DID THIS. Which you care that much about you've quoted me & not mentioned it.

the headlines in the twitters are different, as you will see. i'm here every day trying to add information. ex-fucking-cuse me.
who THE FUCK do you think you are, EAT SHIT with you abusive, superior attitude.

petee

I apologise for that angry comment last night. I was raging about this murder and finding out about what these bastards did on top of that tipped me over the edge. I am also seeing so many dismissive and horrible comments about this elsewhere but shouldn't have taken it out on you.
Well said. It's quite understandable if people get emotional at some of the truly horrific stuff we've seen on this thread, and in the media

Round about now is probably a good time to try not to take things too personally and hit out/back (if possible). This is a ridiculously stressful time, as Ruti makes clear. (Not saying you're not stressed, too.)

What do you think it is?
Honestly mate I’m not knowledgeable enough to articulate. But there are plenty of frontier spirit, Republican, Trump supporting working class people in America as you know. And they’re not daft, they just see the world differently to the Democratic liberalism. Private property is a big deal in the States. Like I said I’m no expert but what’s going on doesn’t seem easily explainable by class politics to me.
