Hello. Some one has ordered a batch of badges from me, and I'd like to find a larger picture
than the one they sent me, but I don't know who the person is in the picture. Does anyone

Probably the biggest image easily findable out there is the original behind that: https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/8/87/Rosaleen_Norton_1943_SLNSW.jpg which isn't really any bigger than your one.

Better source material for something like an AI upscale though.

I know deep down that mauvais did a reverse image search but I still prefer to believe that he is an authority on obscure Australian arcanists.
