Just bought a former pub in Coldharbour lane. Got change of use, two retail units downstairs; one taken by FouFou snack bar (kids of someone I met at the last Lambeth council wine and dine), the other by a Tesco. Can probably fit 8 flats upstairs.

Also been chatting to Netw0rk r@il who are willing to offer first-come-first serve basis on the arches for a very reasonable deposit.

Well I've just converted a large former squat into 20 flats. The council were trying to get 10 social homes in there but I jiggled the numbers to show the whole thing jusy wasn't viable at all that way, but two 'affordable' flats would be better than nothing.
