How to save a video from facebook?

In the past I could could use the method in which I would right click the video and then open it in in a new tab, change the address to mbasic. instead of www.facebook, and then download the video file, that doesn't seem to be working these days, anyone have any ideas?

How to Download Facebook Video on Your Computer​

To download a Facebook video on your computer, right-click on it and choose Show Video URL. Then paste the URL into a new tab and replace the www with mbasic. Finally, right-click it and select Save video as…

1. Log in to Facebook on your computer. You can do this on any browser.
2. Open a video you want to download. You will need to start playing the video.
3. Then right-click on the video. This will cause a pop-up menu to appear with Play, Mute, and Show Video URL.
4. Next, click Show Video URL.
5. Copy the URL that appears at the top of the video. You can do this by hitting Ctrl + C on a Windows keyboard or Command + C on a Mac. You can also right-click the URL and select Copy.
   
   
   This method doesn't work now.....
